In 1968, NAA completed construction of a plant on a part of the site of Mitsui Chemicals, Inc(MCI) in Osaka which was later acquired by NAA and began operation in 1970. Since then, NAA has contributed to the development of the petrochemical industry by providing customers worldwide with high-quality aluminum alkyls.
